What are your shipping costs? 
Shipping worldwide is free of charge

Do I receive a tracking number / Is my order insured during shipping?
Original artworks and limited edition prints are shipped insured including tracking number. You receive this number in an additional email once the parcel has been dispatched. 

Do you also sell cards or smaller prints? 
On the art markets in Amsterdam Lotte Teussink is also selling smaller items such as postcards, greetings cards and small prints. They are currently not visible in the online store. However, it is possible to order these. Contact Lotte Teussink directly and she will provide you with a private link.

How fast do you ship?
In general, Lotte Teussink ships within 2 - 5 days after receiving payment. However sometimes delays may occur, in which case you will be notified by email

Do you have a minimum order amount? 
Yes, 15 euro

Are the prices in the online store including VAT?
Yes, the prices in the online store are all shown INCLUDING VAT. However, if you are ordering from outside the EU, you will be paying 0% VAT. This is calculated on the checkout page once you enter the country of delivery. So you pay less, but pay attention: VAT always needs to be paid, so in this case you will be automatically contacted by customs upon delivery of your parcel to pay the local rate VAT. 

My product was damaged upon arrival, what do I do? 
If in the unfortunate case your product does not arrive in a good condition, the first thing to do is contact Lotte Teussink directly. After having communicated the problem and providing pictures of the damaged parcel/painting you can return the parcel in the original packaging (if possible), and you can choose to exchange it for another painting or receive a full refund of your purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense

I changed my mind, can I return it? 
Yes. Lotte Teussink offers 14 day money-back-guarantee. Within 14 days after receiving your purchase you may return it in the original packaging. If the product is received back undamaged, you will receive a full refund, or you can choose to exchange it for a different piece. Please note that return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Please also note that if the artwork is commissioned or personalized with a message on the front or on the back, it is not possible to return it. 

I bought one of Lottes paintings as a present, but the receiver didn't like it, can I return it?

Do you work on commission? 
Sometimes. If Lotte Teussink has enough time she can make a commissioned painting for you. Minimum size of a commissioned painting is 50x40cm. For commissioned paintings Lotte Teussink asks for a non-refundable deposit before she starts on your piece. You will receive clear digital images before purchasing it online. Please note that once a commissioned painting is purchased and shipped, it cannot be returned. 

Can you personalize one of your paintings for me? 

In most cases yes, as long as it doesn't interfere with the artwork. Please note that personalized paintings cannot be returned. Just get in touch to see what the possibilites are. 

Do you offer payment plans on original artworks? 
Yes. Please contact Lotte Teussink directly to discuss the options for a payment plan of your desired painting
