Do I receive a tracking number / Is my order insured during shipping?
Orders under €80 are being shipped without track and trace number. If you wish that your order is shipped insured including a track and trace code you can upgrade your shipping for a worldwide flate rate of €10. The shipping upgrade can be directly added to your cart, you can order it HERE. Orders over €80 are automatically shipped insured including a track & trace number
How fast do you ship?
In general, Lotte Teussink aims to ship within 2 - 5 days. However sometimes delays may occur, in which case you will be notified by email.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes, 15 euro.
My product was damaged upon arrival, what do I do?
If in the unfortunate case your product does not arrive in a good state, the first thing to do is contact Lotte Teussink directly. After having communicated the problem you can return the parcel in the original packaging (if possible), and you will either receive a replacing product (if possible) or a full refund of your purchase. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense.
I don't like the product, can I return it?
Yes. Within 14 days after receiving your purchase you may return it in the original packaging. If Lotte Teussink states that the product is unused and undamaged, you will receive a full refund. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense.
